Egg Powder Plant:
SSP can supply egg powder
manufacturing plant from fresh eggs. Each egg contains 50-55 GM slurry
which contains 22-25% Total Solids. Egg powder can be reconstituted and
can be used for making omelette, for baking purpose and several other
value-added products. A plant processing 50,000 eggs/day produces about
700 kg egg powder. Space requirement for this type of plant is 250 sq.
