Soy Milk Processing Machinery:
Soy milk and its related food
products are getting popularized throughout the world due to their
nutritional and medicinal qualities. Soy milk is high in protein and
low in fat and carbohydrate and contains no cholesterol. It is an
excellent food for babies, children and the elderly people including
pregnant and lactating women as it contains vegetable protein that is
very easy to digest. SSP offers two standard types of soy milk
processing plants - SC-20 with a 30 litre/hr capacity and SC-200 with a
200 litre/hr milk output capacity. Other larger size plants can also be
supplied as per requirement. SC-20 : Soya Cow this is a tabletop plant for producing soy milk/soy paneer.
'Soya Cow' SC-20 is a table-top machine that makes high quality soy
milk at the cottage industry level using a break-through Canadian
technology. An SC-20 produces 15 litres of soymilk every half an hour
(using 2 kg of soybeans costing about Rs.10.00 per kg) at a cost of
Rs.2-3 per litre. The machine includes accessories for making Tofu (soy
paneer) also. The machine requires 5-10 sq.m area with domestic power
supply for its installation (1 HP single phase 220 V). A skilled
operator and one helper are enough for operating the machine. SC-200 : In-House Soya Milk Dairy the plant has been designed
for handling 200 litres of soymilk per hour from soybeans. The machine
requires 100 sq.m area. A skilled operator and one helper are enough
for operating the machine. Higher machines of capacity up to 5000 LPH
can be supplied from our principal prosoya Inc, Canada. SSP also offers
suitable multistage evaporation and spray drying plant to convert Soya
milk into milk powder of highest quality.
